It’s a New Beginning For This Special Couple in the Camelback Corridor!

We are so honored to have been part of this special day! Lisa and Rod are a lovely couple who managed to purchase their first house in the middle of planning their wedding. Imagine the stresses of choosing a a gown, a venue, flowers, guest lists, seating arrangements, cake tastings etc., coupled with closing on a new home. What an accomplishment! We took a tour with them through their new dwelling and have captured many precious images of their love. Being wedding photographers in Phoenix, we were able to capture the most beautiful sunset engagement images after they invited us to their special mountaintop overlooking the city. We are so excited to share these with you!

About Lisa and Rod

Lisa and Rod are a fun and energetic pair who have welcomed us into their new life with open arms. They’ve decorated their home in black and white, right down to Jack, the little white bichon that follows them from room to room. The love they share is evident as they move through the house, little touches, glances and kisses telling the story of how connected they are. Sitting on a table near the kitchen is a framed photograph and letter from the previous owners, welcoming Rod and Lisa to the neighborhood. They’ve chosen a home that’s been blessed not once, but twice with love.

Lisa is a traditional bride that loves classic black and white. Imagine, if you will, Audrey Hepburn’s incredible sense of style …. This describes Lisa to a T. They are so traditional, in fact, they won’t be doing a “first look” before the wedding. His first vision of her on their wedding day will be as she walks down the aisle with her mother by her side, her gorgeous features surrounded by a filmy white veil. We will be there to document that moment when his eyes first capture his bride, but that is a story for another day….
