Brides! Engage Your Guests on Wedding with this Great Reception Idea…. {Phoenix Wedding Photographers- Dreamcicle Studios Photography}

Do you long to have a reception that is fun, enjoyable and gets everyone involved? It really is all about you on your wedding day. At the same time though, there’s a growing trend among brides to engage guests during reception activities so that the event will be memorable for all who have come to share in your special day. So as I was processing these photos it came to me—Homemade Scrapbook Page Centerpieces!

Okay, I can see that you’re raising your eye brow. Don’t just yet… think how cool this can be! As can be seen in the photos you can do some really fun things. These were dropped into a beautiful little trunk so people could view some of the love and history these two made! Really, it’s your day–you can do whatever you want! If you’re not having a vintage styled wedding keep in mind that they don’t have to look homemade. Make them your style! You can even involve your floral designer, wedding coordinator, and even Mom for that matter, to help you create something that not only will you treasure later that day—but for years to come.

Think about your options: One side can be stylized with photos, pre wedding memories and trivia, while the other side can be a place where your guests can write a special note to the two of you! How fun! And… what a fantastic idea to capture all those sweet thoughts that people want to share with you. Designate one person at every table to see to it that everyone participates. It’s almost like having them sign a time capsule or a yearbook right at their table.

Other than your beautiful wedding photographs and rings, this is something you’ll have in 50 years to come back and reflect on! And.. you’ll be leaving a legacy for your kids, grandkids and future generations. Join the conversation and let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment below. I look forward to hearing from you!

Have a Dreamcicle Day,

Kristi 🙂
